Fall into a new job! We are currently seeking a Line Lead for the Repack Department in Mickleton, NJ. The right candidate has at least 1 year of experience as a lead, and has strong communication verbal and written skills. Interested and want more information? $19 p/hr

2nd shift - 2:00pm till finish (hours may vary depending on production)

Must have flexibility to train on 1st shift

Must be able to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed


Duties:

  • Oversee the production line
  • Food safety compliance
  • Adherence to all policies and procedures of department and facility
  • Meeting daily production quotas
  • Input material usage for work orders
  • Print pallet tags for repack products, monitor repack pallets
  • Verify, review, distribute work orders
  • Problem solving
  • Inventory tracking using proprietary-based program
  • Enforce attendance on the line
  • Monitor/track pallet usage
  • Communicate with team members and department leaders
  • Track percentages of run numbers and adjust as needed

Requirements:

  • At least one (1) year experience in a supervisory or lead role desired
  • Ability to work in a cold environment
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plys
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal/communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • Strong math skills
  • Must be organized, able to problem solve
  • Knowledge of Famous operating system preferred
  • HS Diploma/GED
