Votiko Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Call Center Executives to join our International BPO team. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for a stable work from home job in the customer service and telecalling domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound international calls.

  • Work on telemarketing, lead generation, appointment setting, and surveys.

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.

  • Meet daily/weekly targets while working independently from home.

  • Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an international BPO or call center.

  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).

  • Candidates below 40 years of age are preferred.

  • Must have a laptop/desktop and a stable broadband connection.

  • 12th pass candidates with relevant BPO/telecalling experience are welcome.
