About the Role

Votiko Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for skilled Call Center Executives to join our international BPO team. This is a work from home job where you will connect with global clients, handle calls, and provide customer support. If you have prior telecalling or BPO experience and are seeking a stable WFH career, this is your chance to grow with us.

This role is perfect for candidates with experience in telecalling work from home, and also open to 12th pass candidates with relevant international BPO exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound international calls with professionalism.

  • Work on lead generation, telemarketing, appointment setting, and surveys.

  • Provide efficient support through phone, email, and chat.

  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets while working independently.

  • Maintain accurate call records and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an international BPO or call center.

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).

  • Candidates below 40 years of age are preferred.

  • Must have a personal laptop/desktop and a stable broadband connection.

  • Open to 12th pass candidates with relevant international BPO/telecalling experience.
