ABOUT US

Fletcher's is a family-owned restaurant, bar, and boutique hotel right in the heart of Stirling city centre. Since opening in 2019, we've become one of the city's most-loved spots for incredible food, creative cocktails, and warm hospitality.

We're looking for people who:

  • Live in Stirling year-round (including over Christmas, summer, Easter, and other busy periods)
  • Love meeting new people and working in a vibrant, social environment
  • Want to be part of a supportive, award-winning team

THE ROLE

  • Hours available: 4–30 hours per week (depending on your availability and experience)
  • Flexible rota over 7 days – includes evenings and weekends
  • Varied shifts, working both as a server and bartender (training provided)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Fun, hard-working, and positive attitude
  • Happy to learn both service and bar skills
  • Great with people – you'll be chatting with customers and making their day
  • Flexible and reliable, especially for key dates like Christmas, Hogmanay, Mother's Day, and Easter
  • Hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential – we'll train you up
