What You'll Do:

As a B2B Customer Service and Sales Associate, you will play a key role in executing sales strategies and connecting with customers. Working closely with our customer service and sales teams, you’ll use your communication skills to engage customers, build trust, and provide tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities in the B2B Customer Service and Sales Associate role include:

  • Assisting businesses by recommending AT&T's wireless and telecommunications products and services that align with their needs.
  • Engaging with businesses and decision-makers using active listening and consultative sales techniques to understand their preferences and concerns.
  • Providing feedback and insights to help refine product offerings and enhance the customer experience.
  • Supporting the creation of training resources to keep team members informed about product updates, promotions, and best practices.
  • Representing our clients locally to increase brand awareness, generate B2B sales opportunities, and grow market presence along side our Sales team.

What We're Looking For in a B2B Customer Service and Sales Associate:

  • Experience in customer service, sales associate, or similar client-facing roles.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
